Transline-Resource is now a compliance force
Our good start to the year continues
In recent audits, carried out by expert procurers of temporary labour ‘De Poel’, we were awarded an ‘excellent’ rating for compliance. Deeply scrutinous in their nature, the audits covered everything from the quality of the main office to the drivers’ references.
Understandably we are delighted with the news because it demonstrates our success in an area in which we’ve made big investments.

“We must congratulate Compliance Manager Heidi Sowrey and her team, for ensuring that our employees know what they need to do to comply with industry rules and regulations. In less than a year they have successfully put systems in place to gently remind staff about keeping all paper work correct and up-to-date,” said Joint Managing Director Paul Beasley.
The three locations included in the audits – Sherburn, Feltham and Northampton - have seen big improvements from scores of 83% compliance (placing the company in the ‘good’ category) last year, to the recent scores of 91%, 95% and 96% respectively. And it’s no coincidence that this progress directly correlates with the creation of the Compliance Team in 2009.
Unsurprisingly, Heidi is elated with the results of the audit: “I’m very happy with achieving results of over 90% and getting Transline-Resource into the ‘excellent’ category. We couldn’t have done it without the help and hard work of everyone on the individual sites – even those who are not De Poel regulated - so I’d like to thank all of them! My aim now is to push the percentage of compliance up even higher.”
