TRANSLINE RESOURCE ANNOUNCES FIREWALK TRANSFORMATION SEMINARS AT UNIPART BURTON
As part of its commitment to staff motivation and high performance, leading industrial recruitment firm Transline Resource will be encouraging all its full time and temporary staff at Unipart Burton to take part in a mind focusing ‘Fear into Power’ firewalk.
In conjunction with iQommunicate – the expert business coaching consultants - Transline Resource has already trialled the ‘Fear into Power’ programme and believe it will have measurable positive impact on staff morale at Burton.
Transline Resource Group Operations Director Mark Elms said: “After iQommunicate made us aware of the programme we decided to complete a seminar with a number of our senior managers. Everyone was nervous but that soon evaporated as the intensity of the session created an incredible team ethic. Afterwards we all acknowledged the benefits and are now fully committed to making it work within our organisation.”
Planned for November at Burton, ‘Fear into Power’ will take the form of a high powered, streamlined workforce seminar designed to deliver explosive transformation in as little as four hours. The seminar will develop instant change in the direction of motivation, confidence and teamwork among employees and team members.
Marc Shroeder of iQommunicate added: “People who create an extraordinary life and achieve their highest vision share one fundamental power - the capacity to turn their fears and limitations into positive focused action. Fear into Power teaches people exactly those values in a matter of hours. It’s an intense learning programme with extremely positive benefits.”
During the seminar candidates learn the secret to peak performance and discover how to break their unconscious fears before finally walking across a bed of hot coals between 1,200 and 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit.
After their staff have attended previous iQommunicate events, business leaders have noticed results in the areas of higher morale, increased productivity, satisfied customers, improved motivation, confidence and communication.
Mark Elms added: “The firewalks sound extreme but in reality they are one of the easiest ways to achieve instant motivation and learn lasting strategies to achieve Peak Performance. It is a great event to motivate and create high performance teams.”
Capable of being a great stand-alone session, an introduction or the start of an on-going programme, Fear into Power is fun, creative and participative for all who take part. Whilst light hearted at the outset, it builds to offer real personal and professional benefits.
Once a date is set, Transline Resource will communicate the event through traditional forms of communication such as advertorial in the Burton Mail, posters, leaflets and letters as well as modern forms of communication such as facebook, twitter and email. All full time staff and team leaders will take every opportunity to encourage temporary staff to take part in the weeks before the event.
