Quality co-ordinator - Mobile Phone Repair - Northampton

 

Salary: £6.08 - £7.20 p/h

 

Working hours - 0800-16:30hrs.

 

•To support the Quality Supervisor to ensure that the quality standards within the business are met.

•Consulting with management and other team members to identify training needs.

•Coordinate, attend and lead team meetings.

•Work with the Training Coordinator to develop suitable training material.

•Understand and communicate the quality standards. External and internal requirements have to be known and maintained across the different processes to ensure all products meet established processes.

•Evaluate the repair quality and communicate the findings to the departments involved.

•Identify quality improvement opportunities.

•Detect and analyse root causes.

•Suggest and implement corrective/preventative actions.

 

Skills
 

•Good technical, communication and organisational skills.

•Great knowledge of the processes, products, WIP.

•Great  knowledge of internal and manufacturer requirements.

•Ability to investigate and interpret data.

•Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

•Ability to be responsive.

•Excellent understanding of written/spoken English.
